House cleaning is not a cup of tea for many. However, it is also one of those tasks that require accomplishment on a daily basis. As a mum, I find it difficult to maintain a clean and tidy house especially with the children around.
Sometimes I get tempted to send them to their grandma’s. At other times, I actually do and tidy up without things getting all over the place again. Unfortunately, the approach only offers a temporary solution. I miss my babies, get them back, and the house becomes a mess again as soon we get home.
All the same, I would not trade them for a clean house. Life is no that serious. That is one of the reasons, I enjoy reading funny and inspirational house cleaning quotes. Whereas the funny ones make me feel like it is okay to settle for less, the inspirational ones keep me pumped for the chores.
